Here are a couple of calculators you may find useful as you tackle the "numbers" part of your real estate transactions. The one to the right is just a standard calculator for basic math functions. The larger one below is a mortgage calculator that will allow you to compare up to three different setups of interest rates, number of payments, etc.

We also have available, courtesy of HSH Associates, a nice multi-function real estate calculator that that will run on any Microsoft Windows® operating system. It includes many useful features such as amortizations, loan comparisons, mortgage qualifier and more. You can download this calculator directly from our site (473kb).
